The Patch Fitness training model allows us to provide expert coaching within a positive, enthusiastic and encouraging environment.

FULL BODY WORKOUT
Our full-body personal training sessions are proven programmes from years of experience to maximise muscle strength & tone.

1 HOUR SESSIONS
Each session lasts for just under 1 hour, and you’ll be guided through the movements at every step of the way.

GROUPS OF UP TO SIX PEOPLE
We deliver them in a group of up to 6 people, so you can receive all the care and attention you need, whilst enjoying the experience of a positive, fun, group dynamic.

Transform Your Body

Our programme is specifically designed so that you can get the best results, without hammering your body every day of the week.

Every session is designed around full-body, free weight & bodyweight movements, focusing on multi-joint exercises like squats, lunges, push movements, and pull movements.

We add this strength work with short and sharp conditioning, or low-intensity aerobic efforts to create the perfect formula for you to get the best results, for the least amount of time and effort.
